Recently experienced driving the MAN TGX on diverse terrains. The vehicle's powertrain delivered consistent performance under various conditions. I found the instrument panel user-friendly once accustomed to its layout. Proper placement of the new LED lights significantly enhanced visibility during night driving.

I've driven the MAN TGX for some long hauls. The fuel economy on this truck stands out, especially with its EfficientLine 3 features. The cab offers considerable space, which is a relief during extended trips, but some materials inside feel less refined. Handling is smooth; the engine performs well even at low revs. Maintenance reliability has improved in recent models, though its past issues still shadow its reputation a bit.

Drove the new TGX with the D30 engine through a bunch of different routes across Europe this season. I gotta say, the fuel numbers are the headline. Used to drive the D26, and this is noticeably cheaper to run, especially long haul. Power's alright, it handled steep grades fine, maybe not mind blowing for acceleration but steady. From what I hear, it's cleaner too with emissions, which is something my company gets hounded about. Haven't owned it long enough for anything to break down but so far so good. Seating is okay, could use more storage space up front though. Not perfect, but they finally moved the tech forward.

So, been driving the new MAN TGX for about half a year now, doing long hauls across Europe. First thing I noticed was how much more comfortable the cab is, especially compared to the last-gen. You can really feel they listened to feedback from drivers with that big list of seat adjustments and nicer mattress. Cab noise is down, climate system’s better, and I swear they made the storage bigger everywhere - finally!

I like the digital dash and that SmartSelect knob instead of a touchscreen, takes a bit to get used to but you don’t have to poke at a screen while bouncing over a rough road. Lights are good too, much brighter. I got to complain a little bit about some of the software in the infotainment - not always as smooth as you’d hope, if you’re in a hurry. Also, the lane assist and other safety nannies are sometimes nagging, but guess that’s just the price today. Otherwise, happy with ride and comfort every day. Wouldn’t mind if it was a tad cheaper, but you get some of it back with lower fuel use.

I’ve been driving the 2014 MAN TGX for several months now, covering various types of roads and weather conditions. The cabin design stands out with its spaciousness and thoughtful layout, allowing for remarkable comfort during long drives. The Common Rail fuel system's efficiency is evident; however, I noticed slightly longer intervals to achieve optimal air pressure in colder temperatures. The engine performance is reliable, but occasional maintenance on auxiliary components is expected, as with other vehicles in this class.

Having switched from the EURO 5, the EURO 6 provides a noticeable improvement. Emission standards compliance doesn't overly affect engine power, and the dual turbo enhances smoother acceleration even with considerable tonnage. One drawback might be the complexity in maintenance with new systems onboard. Overall, worth considering.

I have been working with the Man TGX-440 machine for 9 years now. Everything was going well until the beginning of this year when problems started to arise. At a mileage of 800,000 km, the driven clutch disc broke, and all the springs got loose. I also noticed a coolant leakage from the sensor. Fortunately, we found a solution: we drained the antifreeze, degreased the well where the sensor is inserted, and then applied a reliable sealant before reinserting the sensor. This procedure helped, but we had to wait a whole day to allow the sealant to dry.

I've spent considerable time driving the TGX 2025 SE, appreciating its remarkable ease of use. The added driver assistance features, like predictive cruise, prove their worth on complex terrains. One downside I've experienced is the complex dashboard navigation initially - it requires familiarity. However, the compact yet rich refrigerator space was a lovely addition during extended runs. The styling changes on the outside receive mixed opinions for me, personal taste really. Overall, you've got reliability baked in here.

Just had the chance to try out the new MAN TGX, and overall, it felt good! The adaptive cruise control works brilliantly on highways, but it does struggle a bit during stop-and-go in A-road traffic. A notable plus is the steering wheel-it’s reassuringly tactile and provides nice feedback during maneuvers. The digital dashboard is intuitive, and I appreciated how it didn't rely solely on touch controls. However, the overuse of beige tones in the interior caught my attention, not entirely to my taste.

Having the opportunity to operate the MAN TGX extensively, I'd say this model balances functionality with cost-effectiveness well. The build quality of the TGX cabin and excellent seating arrangement, especially with the XXL cab option, enhances the driver’s experience on prolonged trips. Although the broader rearward visibility could improve under loaded conditions, the vehicle’s handling remains predictable and manageable.
